Well Farm House is a comfortably furnished semi-detached 18th century character farmhouse with beamed ceiling and period features. In a really beautiful rural setting on a 70 acre cattle and sheep farm, there are woods, fields and other areas for walks and for children to explore. Down its own driveway, it is set away from road traffic.The trout stream is a short stroll away through the fields (fishing with worm, spinner or fly) and is crossed by the old bridge with lovely river walks and an ideal setting for picnics. Own large enclosed front lawn as in photo. Garden furniture and BBQ.

Accommodation:
Bedroom 1 has a single bed, Bedroom 2 has a double bed and TV in bedroom,
Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Bedroom 4 (downstairs) has a single bed and bunk beds. Double bed /
settee in lounge. Duvets. Lounge with colour TV and video. Second toilet
downstairs. Kitchen / diner with electric cooker, fridge, microwave.
Washing machine. Elecricity by £1 coin-slot electric meter. Log
fire in lounge (logs inclusive). Wall mounted electric convector heaters
in all rooms. Off the road parking for 4 cars. No pets.
Well
Farm Cottage adjoins the farmhouse and is a well-furnished and traditional
character cottage probably dating from the 18th century.
Accommodation:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Duvets. Kitchen
with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Large open
plan lounge / diner with beamed ceiling and character fireplace. Downstairs
bathroom with in-bath shower, toilet and washbasin. Heating by night-storage
heaters and mobile electric heaters. Cot and high-chair on request.
Electricity inclusive. Small farm grass area in courtyard at front with
seating. Adjacent parking in courtyard. No pets.
THINGS
TO DO
Visitors are welcome to stroll in the wood and fields on the farm and
down to the River Tamar river for trout fishing or a pleasant setting
for picnics. Part of the old Bude Canal also runs through the farm.
Holsworthy (4 miles) has a pannier market every Wednesday, and also
shops, cafes, pubs, a huge park with swings, etc, a leisure centre with
indoor pool, and golf course. Splash! at Bude also has a wave machine
and water chute. North Cornwall beaches at Bude (10 miles) and Widemouth
Bay (9 miles). Easy reach of Dartmoor & Bodmin Moors and within
travelling distance of The Eden Project and numerous National Trust
properties and gardens including Rosemoor, Cotehele, Lanhydrock and
The Lost Gardens of Heligan. The many
holiday attractions in the area include several undercover. Also Roadford
Lake, Tamar Lakes Water Park, Tamar Otter Park, cycle tracks and the
the old Bude Canal.
