Semersdon Farm Cottage

SITUATION Set in two acres of rolling countryside on the Cornwall / Devon border. The farmhouse is 2 miles from Whitstone village in North Cornwall, and although our postal address is Devon, we are 7 miles from the coast at Widemouth Bay and Bude. We are down the end of a 1/2 mile lane midway between North Tamerton and the B3254 Launceston to Red Post road, surrounded by open country with only two other houses nearby. 7 miles Widemouth Bay, 9 miles Bude and 10 miles Launceston. Easily reached from A30 - 15 mins drive.

THINGS TO DO Dartmoor and Bodmin moor are close by. The Eden Project is 40 mins drive. Exeter, Plymouth and Barnstaple all just over 1 hours drive away. The fishing villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow are in easy reach as well as the surfing beaches of North Cornwall. Other attractions include North Petherwin Otter Park, RHS Rosemoor, Trethorne Leisure Park, Launceston Steam Railway, Charlestown Tall Ships Harbour, Bodmin Jail and National Trust Lydford Gorge.

Breakfast is included in the price and is a meal to set you up for the day.
Cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and honey, Traditional English with all the trimmings. Eggs cooked in anyway you like them.
Freshly squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee, toast and marmalade.

Packed Lunches, Afternoon Tea, Evening Meals are all available by prior arrangement and at extra cost.

Deposit 20% at the time of booking
Balance 8 weeks before start of booking.
Usually not open for Christmas & New Year.
