Nohens Sitting Room "Nohens" is a terraced Victorian townhouse 500 yds from the harbour, restaurants, shops and pubs but away from the main bustle. It has recently been completely and stylishly refurbished by the present young owner.

Separate lounge with settee, fireplace, TV and video.Downstairs entrance hall, open-plan kitchen / diner with stripped floorboards, glass top dining table seating 8. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave, cooker and Halogenhob.

Backdoor to large, enclosed patio and summerhouse with garden furniture.

Downstairs WC with washand basin.

Upstairs - bathroom with shower over bath. Double bedroom with washand basin, tea and coffee facilities, TV and video. Twin bedroom with tea and coffee facilities, TV and DVD player. Third bedroom with bunk beds - bottom bunk makes another double.

The property comfortably sleeps 6 and is particularly well equipped being frequently used by the owner herself.

Linen not supplied but can be arranged at an extra cost

PRICES Very competitively priced from £20 per person per night out of season (from Nov to March, minimum stay two nights).

Weekly rates for 2008 from £250 - £800 per week

DEPOSIT 30%, balance 8 weeks before arrival.
