Surrounded by breathtaking views of Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and the Devon and Cornwall countryside, East Kitcham is a 160 acre working dairy farm. The caravan is enclosed in its own secluded garden in a quiet location. We extend a warm welcome to everyone, especially children.

We have a lake on the farm which is stocked for coarse fishing. Guests are also encouraged to wander around and watch the various actvities if they wish, such as milking and calf-feeding.

SITUATION East Kitcham is set in a beautiful quiet location, yet is readily accessible 4 miles north of the historic town of Launceston with its shops and ancient castle. The surfing beaches of North Cornwall are within easy reach with an indoor pool and many facilities and holiday activities at Bude. The market town of Holsworthy is 8 miles away and also has a pool and leisure centre.

THINGS TO DO As well as the beaches, there are many superb gardens and country houses to visit, such as Lanhydrock, Cotehele and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. The world famous Eden Project at St Austell is about an hour's drive away. Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor provide opportunities for hill walking with scenic river valleys, waterfalls, ancient monuments and prehistoric sites. There is also horse riding and there are several cycle routes and trails along the old local railway lines. Nearby Roadford Lake provides windsurfing, canoeing and sailing. There is also golf, local museums and galleries, vintage machinery collections, restaurants and village inns.

ACCOMMODATION One double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. A cot and highchair are available on request. Colour television, fridge and electric cooker.

PRICES per week included bed linen, electricity and heating. Please bring own towels.
Prices from £150 a week.
