Badgers Sett Holiday Cottages	Rosemary Cottage

There are three holiday cottages with open plan living areas. The two 2-bedroom cottages have a shower and the 1-bedroom cottage has a bath with shower over. Each has its own garden. All of the cottages retain a number of character features including vaulted ceilings, areas of exposed stone-work, open truss beam-work, fully equipped kitchens and central heating. Externally there is a large parking and turning area. The owners' house and cottages lie nestled in a sheltered, southerly-facing hillside within 2 acres of grounds. Thyme and Lavender Cottages were completed in 2005, and are rated as 4-star by ETB.

SITUATION The property lies on the outskirts of the charming hamlet of Draynes, within the parish of St. Neot. We are approximately 10 miles north of Looe and 10 miles S.East of Bodmin. The surrounding countryside is amongst some of the most attractive in the county, and is scattered with an array of interesting historical sites, including the nearby King Doniert's Stone, Trethevy Quoit and a number of medieval settlements. For those with an interest in walking, the nearby Golitha Falls and Two Valleys walk offer several miles of woodland walks adjoining thr River Fowey. Water sports enthusiasts are also well catered for at Sibleyback Lake. Nearby villages cater for most day-to-day needs, with a selection of general stores and public houses.

THINGS TO DO Walking, wind-surfing, sailing and fishing are all within 2 miles of the cottages. Carnglaze Caverns, Sterts Theatre are within 5 miles. We are also ideally located between the A30 and A38 for ease of touring the whole of Cornwall and W. Devon. Lanhydrock House and Gardens and The Eden Project are less than 30 minutes away by car.

Thyme and Lavender Cottages are rated 4-star (ETB). They comprise 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin-adult sized singles). The cottages have many rustic and character features. The open-plan living area comprises, kitchen, dining and sitting area, with electric log-effect burner with full oil-fired central heating. TV, radio / CD and video player. Fully equipped kitchen, 4 hob cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

Thyme Livingroom	Rosemary Sittingroom

Rosemary Cottage is a ground-floor only cottage with one double bedroom. Open plan living area, with cooker, microwave, fridge, TV and radio / CD player. Oil-fired central heating and a multi-fuel stove. Bathroom has a bath with shower over.
